| Eintrag: | Guten Abend aus Deutschland, vielen Dank für die Nachricht, wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Wien. Die Wohnung in der Jahngasse 41 liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig, das abendliche Heimkommen nach den Theatervorstellungen war kein Problem. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind im Umkreis gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Eine zusätzliche Sitzmöglichkeit, wie ein Sessel wäre schön. Ansonsten aber alles vorhanden, was notwendig ist. Wir bedanken uns und wünschen Ihnen viele zufriedene Gäste. | Eintrag: | We stayed in Dietrichgasse 16. The apartment is clean, modern furnished, in a very quiet place, near to the metro station and properly equipped for everyday living. The owner (Johannes Widler) is very polite and obliging. He has collected a lot of useful information brochures, which are left for disposal. Nice apartment for the price. I strongly recommend it for short visits. |

| Eintrag: | We stayed at Baeckerstrasse 3 in August, 2013. It is conveniently located near Stephansplatz and other sites, but the area is quite busy (expectedly) as it is in the city centre and can also be a bit noisy (also expected) at night. The apartment was clean and modern, but we found it extremely hot (no air conditioning). Also, there was the smell of cigarette smoke in the entrance just inside the apartment the next morning. The bedding could be a bit updated and a few small amenities (soap, shampoo, etc.) would be most appreciated. The person who was supposed to meet us to provide keys was not there and we had to call to figure out what was happening. Luckily, it was only a 15 minute wait. Because of the heat, we had to unfortunately leave apartment after one night and booked into a hotel...The apartment itself shows as it is photographed. *onlex12* *onlex12* |

| Eintrag: | Thank you very much for a GREAT SERVICE! We booked one of the apartments, however in the very last moment we found out that due to some problems (electricity outage?) we can not stay there. Instead we were offered a studio room in the Art Hotel (which was great!) and all additional costs, where covered by govienna. Thank you very much for helping us so much! We had wonderful holidays! |

| Eintrag: | We stayed at Baeckerstrasse 3 in Vienna in May 2013. What a wonderful place for many reasons. Location is very central and convenient. Many of the interesting sights are within easy walking distance. The apartment is very quiet. It is spacious, clean, well equipped and very comfortable. Access to a washing machine was a great benefit. We would highly recommend this apartment in this wonderful city. Our only suggestion for an improvement would be to provide some helpful information - maps, brochures and some helpful guides. |
