Christine was there at the agreed time to meet us and show us the apartment. The bottle of wine was well received. A great place to stay.

The apartment was very nice and matched the description well. It was close to public transportation and was comfortable for sleeping. There was a problem with the washing machine and hopefully Guido could get it fixed for your visit. Other than that, Christine was great showing us everything.

Name: Emmah Muturi Herkunft: Australia Eintrag: Our stay at 47 Ruckergasse was very pleasant! That house was very clean and cosy, the furnishings were modern and comfortable. The kitchen and it's utensils were very clean, they was also a complementary bottle of wine was was lovely.
Daniella who gave us the keys to the house was patient with us when we arrived later than expected- and very graciously allowed us to have a later check out time which was incredibly helpful.
A plus is that the internet was very good & the apartment was around 10 mins away from Schonbrunn palace
I highly recommend Vienna City Apartments to anyone, they have a high level of professionalism.

The room has a small kitchen: stove 2 burners, toaster, coffee machine Nespresso (without capsules; but you can buy the Cafe Royal (compatible) in Spar or find original Nespresso), free tea and coffee, a bottle of champagne (a compliment), refrigerator. Comfortable, it was warm in March (3 heater, two in the room). Free shower gel, soap, towels. The house is quiet. You can take 2 sets of keys.
If you long to wash in the shower (girls ), the doors do not save, will be a puddle on the floor ...

Name: karen Herkunft: potsdam Eintrag: Wir verbrachten wunderschöne Tage in der Bechardgasse, die Wohnung war komfortabel eingerichtet und ausgerüstet, die Lage in Nähe des Zentrums mit der guten Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel war für die älteren Mitreisenden sehr vorteilhaft.Die Kommunikation und der Service im Vorfeld und auch vor Ort waren zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich.
