Eintrag:I stayed in Baeckerstrasse 3 with my mother and 2 children. It is brilliantly located and had everything we needed. We did have a problem the hot water going off, but this was attended to within the day.
We also used the recommended transfer from the airport to the apartment and this worked seamlessly.

Eintrag:My husband + i really enjoyed this apartment (Baeckestrasse 10) Smiley: *onlex11* but agree with a previous review that you need to be mobile (+strong) to handle luggage up the 2 flights of stairs. The location of the apartment is excellent as you are in walking distance to the main area of Vienna with all the beautiful buildings, restaurants etc. Vienna is a beautiful city + we thought this city was a highlight of our 2 month trip in europe. The handing over of the keys was very efficient + the representative was very pleasant + helpful.

I would certainly recommend this apartment. However, it should be avoided by anyone for whom stairs are an issue.
It would be helpful if a sheet of directions for the washing machine, coffee maker, etc. was available; also an indication of how the heating system works. We found what we needed online. The mattress is wonderfully firm, the apartment clean and efficiently furnished; although a reading lamp in the living room would be a plus. I saw no evidence of air conditioning, and suspect that, if the windows had to be open, street noise could be a problem. Our stay was in early April. We would definitely return.

Das appartement in Hegegasse 3 war prima für drei personen. Station Renngasse ist in der Nähe und auch mehere Supermarkte.
