We stayed at 12 Lowelstrasse for 5 nights in September 2010 (2 couples) Smiley: *onlex10*

. It was a beautiful flat with pretty well everything you could want. Situated immediately behind the Burgtheatre in the centre of the city meant that we didn't need to use public transport for nearly all our visit (except when we were too tired after a day out at the Prater!). Although it was more expensive than the other flats, the space we got was well worth it. Also, the weather was good enough for breakfast on the roof terrace (once - it was September!) Anyway, we definitely would recommend the flat.

We loved the flat at 128 Quellenstrasse; the position for transport into the centre was perfect and there were excellent supermarkets in the area. Only complaint was that the matresses on the double bed need to be changed - very uncomfortable with protruding springs. Other suggestions include an oven glove for taking hot food from the oven, a chopping board for cutting bread and vegetables, a hook in the WC for a towel and a soap holder in the shower. These were minor omissions; the flat was clean, well-presented and generally well-equipped. 3 flights of stairs are better for fit guests Smiley: *onlex19*

Wir haben nicht nur die Stadt, sondern auch das wunderschöne Appartment in der Kumpfgasse 3 (TOP 7) in unser Herz geschlossen. Neue geschmackvolle Einrichtung, großzügiger Schnitt der Wohnung - wir waren glücklich, uns abends nicht in ein kleines Hotelzimmer zwängen zu müssen, sondern entspannt relaxen zu dürfen. Durch die komplett eingerichtete Küche wurde selbst das Kochen nach einem anstrengenden Tag nicht zur Qual. Durch den Supermarkt in der Nähe konnten wir uns prima versorgen. Da der Vermieter uns das Deponieren unseres Gepäcks ermöglichte, konnten wir von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute unseren Aufenthalt genießen - das war das Tüpfelchen auf dem "i"! Dass das Haus noch einen Aufzug hatte, hat uns positiv überrascht. Das Appartment liegt ruhig und doch mitten im Herz in einer sauberen und liebevoll sanierten Umgebung. Wir empfehlen dieses Appartment uneingeschränkt weiter und kommen sehr, sehr gerne wieder hierher.
